It's all a show. Elvis would love to be Molly's friend, but Molly just buts into the action when she thinks he might be getting more attention than she is. She's obnoxious. And perfect. Perfectly obnoxious. The kind of obnoxious that makes you melt and give her a big kiss when she's been naughty.
